We partnered with Trish Rosseine of Williamsburg Hotel to concoct a creative and unique cocktail using Senbird’s Shizuoka Sencha Green Tea and Nikka’s whiskey to create a Green Tea Ginseng Whiskey Cocktail. This tasty punch is vibrant with lemon soaked in green tea for over 24 hours and hints of chardonnay vinegar. The added ginseng works with green tea to create an energy-boosting cocktail that is smooth and refreshing.
Green Tea Ginseng Whiskey Cocktail
Prepare and strain the sencha green tea, and pour into a large heatproof pitcher.
Slice lemon(s) into thin slices and add into the pitcher of green tea. Leave the pitcher in the fridge to allow for the lemon to soak and tea to get cold. (Best if the lemon and tea soaks overnight)
Add in whiskey, lemon olio saccharum, ginseng, honey, and chardonnay vinegar
- Serve cold with ice and garnish with lemon slices if desired. Enjoy!
